New User Sign Up Process

User Registration

In order to be able to use Magnar, you should first register a new account. To register a new account, click on “Register” link on the login page to be redirected to the registration form.



After completing signup process, an email is sent to the submitted email address for confirmation. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email and need to resend again, you have to enter the email with the applied  credentials again, then a resend confirmation email button appears, you can press to resend the email.


User Profile

After registration, user can manage all user profile properties unless the “username” where it requires creation of another user. User profile management can be conducted either from ESS or Payroll interface by pressing on login user the profile.


Once pressed user profile form loaded:


First name and last name can be managed normally by pressing edit then save. Email address change require email confirmation to ensure that the email is being used by the right user.

Once the user changes the email address and press save, a confirmation email sent to the specified email address for confirmation.

Once form is opened and the email address has not been confirmed yet, a resent confirmation email appears beside the email address textbox where use can send multiple times.



If email address changes but has not been confirmed yet, the old one will be used until confirmation. User can upload his own image. If the user wants to display the uploaded image on the mapped employee, he must check “Update employee image”.
