Why Can’t I See the “Invite” Button for an Employee?

The “Invite” button only appears if the employee’s profile includes a valid email address and the Username field is empty.


To enable the invite option:

  1. Make sure the employee’s email address is added or updated in their profile.
  2. Ensure the Username field is not filled—if a username already exists, the invite button will not be displayed.


Once these conditions are met, the “Invite” button will become available.
