Why Isn’t My Transaction Showing in Periodic Movements?

I created a transaction and haven’t posted my payroll, but it’s not reflecting in the Periodic Movement page. Why?

If you've already generated the payroll and then made changes (such as adding a transaction), those changes won’t reflect until you revert the generated payroll and generate it again.

The system captures data at the time of payroll generation. Any modifications made afterward—such as new leave, overtime, or loan entries—require a regeneration to be included in the Periodic Movement page.
