Sign Up to Magnar ESS

You will receive and invitation email by HR to register as a an ESS user on Magnar HCM.

Make sure to check your junk email in case the email was not received in your inbox.

Press the link received in the invitation email to start the signup process

Fill in your:
- First Name
- Last Name
- User Name
- Email Address
- Password
- Confirm Password
- Phone number

User Name should be a unique name that you should remember

Password should be at least 8 characters and shall contain a Capital Letter, a Number and a character.

Once the above info are filled select the Recaptcha and press save.

You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your user. Press the link in the confirmation email and you are now ready to start using Magnar ESS

Make sure the bookmark the link to access the system and you can at anytime login to Magnar HCM via the link and providing the already created user name and password.

Note that if your user name or email already exists the system will ask you to resend a confirmation to activate the user.

In case you forgot your password press on Forgot the Password , fill in your email

 once submitted you will receive and email to reset your password.







Fill in and confirm the new password.
