Through Magnar ESS , users can check and view the history of their self-appraisals to track their progress at the company.
To view the self-appraisal history:
| Expand the Menu on the top left of the ESS Dashboard |  |
| Click on "My Info" |  |
| Click on "Self Appraisals" |  |
| You can view the history of all self appraisals related to your job at the company and you can view the appraisal status and details by pressing on edit at the appraisal line item. |  |
