Magnar comes with a comprehensive performance and appraisal module that allows the organisation to measure their employees performance.
As part of ESS , each manager is able to setup the personal objectives of his team on which they will be measured.
To do that on ESS follow the below steps:
| Expand the Menu on the top left of the ESS |  |
| DashboardClick on "My Info" |  |
| Click on Objectives |  |
| Setup the personal objectives of your team |  |
To setup the objectives of your team , select the employee of choice and press edit.
Fill in the objective name, category , link it to a departmental objective and put a weight and due date.
The due date is optional , but the weight is mandatory and the total weights of all objectives should not exceed 100
