Organization

The main block of the Payroll and it is considered as the root element.

Organization Fields:

  1. Code.
  2. Name.
  3. Foreign Currency.
  4. System Currency.
  5. Local Currency.



Description
Fields
Company
Company is the second level in organization hierarchy. Organization can contain multiple companies.
  1. ID.
  2. Code.
  3. Description.
  4. Foreign Description.
  5. Address.
  6. Memo.
  7. Fax
  8. Phone.
  9. Year Days.
  10. Footer Logo.
  11. Logo.

Branch
Company may contain multiple branches. Brach setup can be configured from Company level (Organization Setup).
  1. ID.
  2. CompanyId.
  3. Code.
  4. ForeignDescription
  5. CreationDate
  6. ModificationDate.
  7. UserName.

Department
Department’s setup can be configured under Payroll Company (Organization Setup).
  1. ID.
  2. BranchId
  3. Code.
  4. Description.
  5. ForeignDescription
  6. CreationDate
  7. ModificationDate.
  8. UserName

Division
Division’s setup can be configured under Payroll Company (Organization Setup).
  1. ID.
  2. DepartmentId
  3. Code.

  7. ModificationDate.
  8. UserName

Section
Section’s setup can be configured under Payroll Company (Organization Setup).
  1. ID.
  2. DivisionId
  3. Code.

  7. ModificationDate.
  8. UserName

Unit
Section’s setup can be configured under Payroll Company (Organization Setup).
  1. ID.
  2. DivisionId

  7. ModificationDate.
  8. UserName




Level & Grade

Payroll provide user the ability to specify employee level and grade. Level and grade setup can be configured from Lookups table in the organization Level.




Salary Scale

Employees’ salaries can be set according to predefined scale. To configure the salaries’ scale user can go to the target company and select Salary Scale under Organization Setup. To open list of salary scales.

On selecting a record, scale component should be opened with the following fields:

  1. ID.
  2. CompanyId.
  3. Code (mandatory).
  4. LevelId (mandatory).
  5. GradeId (mandatory).
  6. MinSalary (mandatory).
  7. MidSalary (mandatory).
  8. MaxSalary (mandatory).
  9. EmpTypeId (mandatory)




Position

System provide user the ability to define employees’ positions to be used later on in the organization chart hierarchy.

To manage Position, user should go to Organization setup under company, press on Positions Setup to open positions list. User can press add to open New position form or press on any record to open edit form.

If position is already used, user should not be able to delete.


Fields:

  1. ID
  2. CompanyID.
  3. Code (mandatory).
  4. Name (mandatory).
  5. ForeignName.
  6. SalaryId
  7. JobId (mandatory).
  8. OrgLevel.
  9. RequiredNumber (Number of position required per OrgLevel).
  10. CreationDate.
  11. ModificationDate.
  12. Username.


If position is applied to multiple employees, then manager should be mentioned for all the employees reporting to this position




Job

Similar to Position, system also provide user the ability to define jobs for organization.

To manage Jobs, user should go to Organization setup under company, press on Job Setup to open positions list. User can press add to open New position form or press on any record to open edit form.

If Job is already used, user should not be able to delete.

    3. Level (Lookup).

Organization Element Mappings

This form is used to map the working days to elements to be used in the plugin’s execution. Currently two records are included:

  1.  Working days: this is usually used using the “BaseDays” counting and mainly used in financial calculations like tax and national security.
  2. Provision working days:   this working day is depending on period days and mainly used for provision calculations like “Leave plugin”.

Both elements can be changed based on the user’s needs.

To edit elements mappings got to organization >> Element’s mappings.
