Performance an appraisal is one of the important modules in Magnar HCM.
Through ESS the manager in Charge can initiate the appraisal process for one or more of his team members.
To do so on ESS follow the below steps:
| Expand the Menu on the top left of the ESS |  |
| Click on "My Info" |  |
| Click on "Initialise Appraisal" |  |
| Click "+New" |  |
| Select "Appraisal Type" and "period" |  |
| Select the employee or employees to initailise the appraisal process for and press Save | |
| The select employees will receive a notification to start the appraisal process |  |
